"Mayad" means Good in the local dialect. True to our name, we serve Good Food complemented with Thoughtful Service.

Our culinary team has prepared a selection of dishes made fresh daily from local produce and ingredients.  We support the community of fishermen and acquire their catch of the day to serve to our guests.

Romantic Moonlight Dinner by the Beach is also available, just inform our team if you wish to avail of this.

Should you have specific food or dietary preferences, please let our team know ahead of time to allow us to prepare accordingly.

*Our Restaurant is exclusive for in-house guests. However, we are pleased to welcome external guests with advance reservations.

As much as possible, we try to source locally, but if not available on the island,  we air freight our ingredients and wines from Manila.
